Q. How do we find you?
A. We are located in the county of Cornwall (UK) - five miles South West of Launceston. 2 miles from the A30 just off the A395 at Pipers Pool.

Q. What is the earliest time we can arrive?
A. 3.30pm.
Q. Do you supply bed linen?
A. Yes, bed linen is supplied and beds will be made up before you arrive.
Q. Do I have to bring my own towels?
A. Towels and tea towels are provided. Please provide your own beach towels.
Q. Are pets welcome?
A. We regret that we cannot allow pets
Q. Do you supply laundry facilities?
A. A washer dryer is available in the accomodation and also an outdoor washing line.
